I like to know why do you shut down your boiler for hamburgers 30 mins before you close.And why you only cook so much meat to keep in case someone orders food.If you don’t have meat cook you tell them we ran out of meat.I work at Burger King back in my younger years and the boiler stayed on till the doors are closed
