I've experienced very bad behaviour & experience of air India(Mumbai). At first they didn't send my luggage with me on time and after delaying this they unpacked my luggage and without my permission they look some of the my costly things. This makes me really upset and angry at the same time. This is utmost Disgusting behaviour
