I have been a Planet Fitness Black Card member for several years (except for several months during COVID).
Since August, 2023, I have complained to your front desk staff at 10116 Hammerly Blvd., Houston, TX 77080, that your guest internet is no longer accessible. Prior to this, I had never had any issues accessing the internet while working out.
The staff has acknowledged there is a problem and seems understanding of my frustration. Unfortunately, management has not remedied this problem. It should not take over 2 months to fix this problem!
