I purchased a software, Adobe Lightroom for around $75.
I was told that I will have the option to log onto my Staples account and then download the software.
However, when I log into my profile on staples.com and click on download, nothing gets downloaded.
Instead, I am brought to a shopping cart with item that I had already purchased already in the shopping cart.
I am also seeing my credit card being charged a second time as well.
When I had called Staples.com earlier at 800-333-3330, I was given instructions on how to download the software.
But when I was not able to download the software, they told me someone from IT will be calling me back.
No one has contacted me and now, when I attempt to call the customer service number, I am getting a message to call back later
