Was picking up my pizzas at 291 Hwy store in independence,Mo when the manager advised me the credit card machine was down . I asked what my total was and was advised my pizzas were done sitting in the warmer . So I wouldn’t receive cold pizza I ran next door to the Family Dollar store to retrieve cash which costed an extra $1.25 and returned to pay for my pizzas . The manager advised the were not cashing anyone out after I told her I was getting cash . My pizzas was done right in front of me . So I left reordered my pizzas at another location .
