They shouldn’t even get a 1.
I spent $2000 on an adjustable bed.
Remote is messed up.
When I called my 1 yr warranty was up by a couple months but I was told in my case they would be the servicer (my remote says rooms to go on it) so they sent someone out to check diagnostics and confirmed it’s the remote.
I wasn’t given a time frame for a replacement.
I call after a month and they still don’t have it.
I called 4 or 5 more times in 3 months.
I had had it so I call to complain, that rep checks and calls me the next day and says a new one will be there in 2days.
Now if it was that easy why didn’t they just do that up front?
I get it and its wrong.
I comment on Facebook and get Josh.
Josh tells me to email then Josh tells me my warranty was up.
That I can waitup to 90 days again…
