Ordered furniture for our boys bedrooms from the Rooms To Go in Wilmington NC on June 28, 2019.

Our order was delivered on July 18, 2019.

All the furniture looked great except for one of the mattresses.

It was bulging on one side.

Flipped the mattress over and it was bulging on that side too.

When you push on it you can tell the springs on the inside are all messed up.

Now I have one kid with no mattress to sleep on.

Called up Rooms to Go in Wilmington NC and one of the Managers Dustin Cummins (Or Cummings) said he would try to do what he could to get this fixed as soon as possible.

We also called up the 1 800 number and they told us the earliest that they could deliver a new mattress was on Wednesday July 24, 2019, or the other option was that we could drive to there warehouse…

Still haven't received all of our furniture yet and already the collection calls and late fees have started.

Ruth Robinson said a LOT of things that ended up being not being true!!

Just to get a commission, she misrepresented the monthly payment, minimum payment, and due date.

She lied to get a commission and the Manager there, Mike Stetson (who apparently takes 2 hours lunches) has been zero help.

Stay away from these crooks--they only want that commission and will lie, cheat, and steal to get it!

ESPECIALLY stay away from RUTH ROBINSON!!!!

Mike Stetson said that even though he was the Manager, my problem has nothing to do with him--AN HE IS THE STORE MANAGER!

AVOID THIS STORE LIKE IT IS THE PLAGUE!!

Wrong furniture was delivered.

The receipt was never emailed to us.

Associate was extremely happy to take our money but the delivery was wrong and now they say they are backordered and have left this unwanted furniture in our house.

No response from store.

Contacting Better Business Bureau on this.

I was set up on 90 day cash payment plan.

I originally paid 1,000 beginning of plan and only owed 453.

00 and some odd change for the remaining payment i went in on July 5th to pay, not knowing my last payment was July 1st so i went from $453 to owing 1,169.

00 which i didn't understand how a payment can rise up that much with in 4 days it just doesn't sit right with me when i originally paid a 1000 upfront. the fact that no one in the store could better assist me and all were acting as if i just need to make payment and accept was really unprofessional . the location 8315 Kingston Pike Ste A, Knoxville, TN 37919 i just know this isn't right and i wish i had someone more professional to assist me. at this point i will not recommend anyone to go there, i feel as I've been ripped off. my…

Good Afternoon,

I have tried to handle this through the local store with no help.

I’m having a problem with the mattress so I called customer care, they told me it was still under warranty.

My appointment was scheduled for tomorrow until i received a call today saying the company is no longer in business.

I questioned being it was purchased from Rooms to go, can they bring me something comparable to replace it with being the company is no longer in business, I was told in sum, tough Turkey.

I purchased this mattress from your sales rep because they assured me it was a good brand.

Now I’m having an issue no one wants to take responsibility for the purchase.

I want this issue rectified as soon as possible.

I purchased a dining room set, approximately 6 months ago.

The table is absorbing stains from food.

I’m told there is nothing that can be done, because this is not a manufacturing error.

I beg to differ.

A table is meant to have food on it and should perform accordingly.

I was called ignorant by the finance department manager at Rooms To Go and I also have been harassed and now that I'm following up with my complaint that I made two weeks ago I am having difficulties getting a manager on a phone or a supervisor who's in the department of claims to do an investigation on what I'm complaining about I have a reference number it is 1197199 I've been trying to get someone on the phone ever since 10:00 it's been 47 minutes and I still haven't got anyone to talk to about this matter

We recently stopped into Rooms To Go looking to buy a master bedroom set.

While there, we passed by the floor model of the couch we bought about a year ago.

We sat down and were reminded of the feel that we experienced when we were shopping for our couches.

We love the style, color and feel of the leather.

However, our couch is as hard as a rock and feels nothing like the floor sample.

We chatted with our salesman who said it may be that the floor model has gotten a lot of use.

This theory doesn’t seem right as we have sat on our couches for hours everyday for the past year as compared to shoppers who sit down for a few minutes.

We are disappointed in our purchase as it is just uncomfortable with no signs of softening up.

Never again will I shop at Rooms to GO.

We had a delivery scheduled on 5/29/19 between 12N - 4P.

Changed times three times and never received delivery.

5/30 again received times for delivery finally at 11:30 PM told them to delivery the next day 5/30.

Received delivery on 5/31 at 7AM.

Why did I not receive my furniture on 5/29 and why did't I receive delivery first thing on 5/30.

This was a nightmare.

Good afternoon,

I received my furniture delivery yesterday and unfortunately 1 of my chairs was not the correct color, they sent me 2 brown instead of 1 green, the set consist of 4 different color chairs, ruby, brown, quarry and green the one I didn't get, I told the salesman Ricardo Arenas at the time I purchase the set being that I waiting a month is there going to be a problem with getting the assorted color chairs, he said NO, well there's a problem and I contacted the store spoke to Scott who said he was the manager and would contact warehouse in Tampa and call me back, well that didn't happen , I contacted anyone who would listen and no response, I am really upset with the customer service your stores have provided and I want my chair that I was promised, this is a sad way for your…

I was to have delievery on 5/29/19.

Told three different time - as late as 10P.

At 9:15 driver calls said, he cannot deliver.

Told on 1/30/19 delivery would be made.

Still no furniture at 6:00PM.

My furniture should have been delivered first, since they did not deliver on scheduled day.

No, cust. svc. said I was an add on.

This is really poor business.

I have more furniture to buy, chairs, tables, lamps, etc. will not purchase anything from rooms to go again.

Horrible customer service, poor quality furniture, after 3 years my dining table collapsed by it self, no one can't do anything about it, they keep saying that after a year the warranty expired and is nothing they can do about it.

I will pass the word to everyone I know about the poor quality.

Delivery men only spoke Spanish damaged end table missing canopy for my six year olds bed men showed up banging on my door when we were not home to pick up an extra cocktail table that they dropped off at our house on accident ( which they did not) lady called me 5 times in a row to “ let the men in” we spoke w customer service many different people they said this happens very rude and unapologetic I finally called local Shenandoah store lady said I could come and pick up canopy from store She waits until I get there to tell me it won’t be warrantied now bc of store pick up asked for manager spoke to “Kip” after crying and being hysterical ( not on purpose) in the store he said he would refund delivery price ( only after I said I’m going to contact corporate) I mentioned that we spent…

Why does Customer Service ask “What State are you calling from?” Guess what?

I’m in Florida, live in Illinois and the order is being delivered in another State.

The real question should be “In What State is your being delivered in?” All I wanted to do was change the phone number of the primary person to contact for delivery.

Customer Service can’t do that! “Let me transfer you to Sales Support.” At 8:38am EST I’m told by ‘the voice’ that Sales Support is not open until 9:00am EST.

A total of 7 minutes wiring and wasted on the phone.

Why can’t a simple change like this be done over the Internet?

I purchased a bedroom set last year.

In January the bedrails broke, and I immediately contacted the Customer Service Center to notify someone of the matter.

Approximately one week later an inspector was sent out to inspect the damages.

Two weeks later, a technician came out to repair the bed and stated that the bed was never put together properly from the first assembly.

At that moment we were contacted by Rooms To Go and told that the additional items would be rushed to us.

To date, we have not received the items, neither have we received a courtesy call to explain the delay.

We were advised to not have our daughter sleep on the bed.

It has been two weeks and my child has been displaced and it seems to be no sense of urgency for the company

First, I entered your Atlanta store off of Hammond Drive on February 2nd and worked with a sales associate by the name of Kendra.

I told her that I had recently moved to the area and had zero furniture in my place.

I told her that I was sleeping on an air mattress and I needed furniture as soon as possible.

I placed a $6000 order and was told that it would ship out to me on February 14th.

On that date, they delivered the bed, mattress, 3 bar stools, an end table and a coffee table.

I didn't have a dresser, end tables, sofa or rug at that time.

I called the store and they said it would be delivered on March 13th.

Immediately following the delivery on February 14th, I inspected the end table and noticed the glass top was crushed on one side.

Their delivery service is awful!

When we made our purchase on March 4 we were given the delivery date of a day of March 15. we were leaving to go out of town at 3pm on the 15th.

I told this to the salesman and he said no problem, they can deliver in the morning.

So the day before delivery we get a call from RTG to confirm our delivery for 7AM to 10PM.

I said No, we need a morning delivery because we're going out of town in the afternoon.

I was told they can't promise that and that the salesman should have never told us that we could have a morning delivery.

So we rescheduled it for the next week.

The morning of the delivery I missed their their call because I forgot to turn up my phone.

That's my fault of course.

I bought a mattress a few months ago and i am a elderly woman on a fixed income and had to save for a long time to make this purchase, it is the most uncomfortable mattress i have ever slept on, my back hurts so bad i can hardly get out of bed and this never happened with my old mattress, it is only a few months old and i feel like i am sleeping in a hole and i only weigh 130 lbs.

Please replace it or refund my money so i will be able to buy another one

Yet again, purchased a sofa and love seat from this company.

Received a call on Thursday indicating that the delivery would be made on Saturday between 1-5.

It's now Saturday, and just recieved another call from rooms to go at 3pm inicating that my delivery had been changed to occur between 6-10.

As I proceeded in a kind and professional manner to let the dispatcher know the time is my most precious commodity and wasting 10 hours of my Saturday is quite frankly unacceptable, James (the dispatcher) decided to hang up the phone.

Been trying for the last hour to reach his delivery manager, but for some reason customer service advises that they are not privy to his contact info.

I've never witnessed such poor customer service - pride always comes before destruction.

I would rather pay…

We purchased a living room set which included to two love seats, an accent chair and an 8x10 rug.

After delivery we noticed one of the love seats was “smudged” so we called Customer Service and requested their assistance.

The “associate” they sent (Steve) was a loudmouth, condescending, arrogant man who told us at least five time to read our contract – that it would explain everything.

He made it very clear that he was put out having to travel all the way to St Augustine to clean something so inconsequential.

He said we apparently, like most buyers, didn’t understand the process and we obviously didn’t read our contract.

He said he worked not for sales but for a different division with a different “boss” and that he’d been doing this for over 13 years so he knew what he was talking…

I placed an order for two Cindy Crawford sofas on 02/23/19.

I applied for the interest free financing the same day and was approved for approximately $8000.

A delivery date of 03/06/19 was scheduled.

I was informed that someone would be contacting me 24/48 hours ahead of delivery to give me a window for delivery time.

I never heard from anyone so on 03/05/19 at about 1:00 pm I called customer service to get a time frame for delivery.

I was informed that no delivery was taking place because I still had a balance as financing was never applied to the credit that I applied and was approved for.

My husband and I are self employed and work extremely hard for what we have.

We rescheduled work ahead of time to make sure someone was home on 03/06/19.

I purchased a leather sectional that within 2 months started peeling.

I couldn't use warranty because I had moved and that has nothing to do with the sofa peeling.

That's just the beginning.

The king size bedroom set was the worst.

The dresser started chipping in weeks.

I called to buy matching paint so that I could paint the dresser with their paint which I should not have to do, but they DONT have matching paint.

That would've been a great thing to let the customer know.

A year later I called and they still DONT have the matching paint for my dresser.

I am a single mom who cant afford to buy furniture every year but this dresser keeps peeling so I guess I will have to go purchase a new one somewhere else.

I recently purchased the Sofia Vergara Paris Silver 7Pc Queen for 1755.

00 on 02/09/18 and it was delivered om 02/14/2019 with a damaged headboard.

My delivery time was between 12pm-4pm and the delivery driver called me at 9:53 am to tell me that he was 20 mins away and due to the language barrier I had a coworker talk to him and he stated that he finished early and wanted to come and my coworker told him on my behalf that I wasn't home.

The furniture was delivered around 6:45 pm and after calling customer service several times I was told that I would get half my delivery charge back still waiting and it is now 3/1/2019.

They did come out on 2/23/19 and delivered a new headboard that was not damaged. (greatly appreciated).
