I am a small business, I made a transfer to another NFCU party via the self service online.
I intended to send over $30.
00 , In mistake I sent $300!
I called customer service and talked with an agent that stated since this was done online through self serve there is nothing they can do. the other party would have to send it back.
I explained I tried to ask for that , he was unable to due to his acct status.
We discussed zero options within 3 to 4 mins.
I then asked for a supervisor in hopes that they would be able to provide insight on to what other options are possible.
He (Jeremiah)did no such thing.
He asked how it was going , I explained I made a big mistake.
He said sorry my agent stated that there in nothing we can do.
