FIRST CALL WAS TO SET UP A TECH.
TO FIND OUT THE DEAD LINE PROBLEM.
I WAS TOLD A SCHEDULE DATE,AND GOT A NO SHOW AFTER ABOUT A WEEK WAITING, I WAS TOLD, MY TICKET AND APPT.
WAS MOVED DO TO A SCHOOL CALL, WHICH WAS CLOSED DO TO COLD WEATHER, THE LADY SAID SHE WOULD RESCHEDULE A TECH.
NOW IT'S WEEKEND AGAIN, WAS PUT ON HOLD TO TECH SUPPORT AND AFTER 40MIN.
WAIT, WAS INFORMED, I NEEDED TO TRY AGAIN BECAUSE TIME OF BUSINESS HOURS HAD LAPSED.
TRIED SATURDAY AND WAS TOLD AGAIN, TECH WAS SCHEDULED TO THAT AFTERNOON, AGAIN NO SHOW ON TECH.
OR EVEN A CALL, WAS TOLD HE RAN OUT OF DAYLITE.
