I would advise everyone to RUN as far away as possible from Walmart family mobile.
I have had nothing but problem after problem after problem with this company.
The foreigners are so rude and incompetent it’s ridiculous.
How hard could it possibly be to send a customer a clean SIM card.
Thanks to this company my husband who is out serving this country (USA) won’t even be able to wish his toddler a Happy Birthday.
I’m totally disgusted with this company and their lousy employees.
At this point all I want is someone who not only speaks English but fluently understands it as well to issue me a refund.
I’m so over Walmart family mobile.
There’s no way on God greens earth this company should have an A with the BBB.
This disgraceful company has not heard the last from me.
