I took hours to choose and order a 160.
00 order with Aeropostale, all items were 30 % off .
The order was place and confirmed.
Two days later, the day I was supposed to receive my order, I got an email that said the order had been canceled.
I called and they could not tell me why.
I called my bank and they said that a preorder shows up and all is good.
All information given was correct.
So I called Aeropostale Customer service and they told me that “THEY’ thought despite that it was ordered from my computer, at my house, with my credit card, with all the correct information .. that it was an “UNAUTHORIZED’ purchase.
Who decides these things.
So I asked them to put the order through since they had made the error and they said I would not get the 30%…
