I love my Kia Sorrento and I havent had a car in 9 years. The problem I having is my tires I bought a 2012 Sorrento I went to the dealership six  times complaining about my tires pressure keep going down and my light in the car kept comingg on. The dealership Napleton Kia , I found out the the tires on the truck are rotten, the sales manager Ryan Clemons told me the best they can do is they will give me one and I should purchase the other tire . I purchase this car for my birthday it took me a long time to make this decision. I don't think this is fair when they should have check out the tires before anyone should purchase a car. It was just on the news saying that dealership and tire company are selling tires that not up to part, this could cause injuries to me and some one else. I would like this situation to be taken care of because right now I am afraid to drive.

I was told I was entering a 2.5 year lease that would take my negative equity and make me even for 100 dollars more monthly instead it ended up being a 4 year lease. Sad to say I would rather give the car back I'm very upset I was lied to. When signing the papers I didn't read them over because I've always had a good experience sadly I had a different car salesman. He also said that if I put $1,000 down I wouldn't have a payment till December well I got one already. Kia can have the car back I don't want it. I am very dissatisfied.

No CD as advertised. Military incentive I qualified for they said I wasn't until I proved it. $500 (I saved the e-mails). Dealer admitted the error and said it would be taken care of...over 3 months later, nothing. That "incentive" is now an insult. Paid for optional carpet I didn't want, they said they all come that way, window sticker was removed. Put about $10,000 down and they took the 1st payment out 9 days later instead of the full month later. So now I'm out about $900, not counting the $200+ for a real spare tire. Small claims court is a possibility.

I have a 2011 Kia sportage that got badly wrecked.  My complaint is that thankfully, no one was hurt, but NONE of the airbags deployed which could have been a BIG problem. I have taken pictures for the proof but there is no reason that air bags should not deploy. I have to purchase a different vehicle due to the accident, but I WILL NOT be buying a KIA. I loved my sportage and was going to plan on sticking with KIA products, but due to air bag malfunction, I will no longer be doing that. Thankfully it did not pose a problem for safety in this accident but not everyone is gonna be as lucky as I was.

First of all KIA in Medina sold me a 2014 Ford Escape and when they brought the suv for me to look at it had this car is not for sale.  When they sold me this car the tires was no good on it and the next day I call them and told them them would not get me new tires and I kept smelling like something was smelling like oil in when I first got it I kept taking it back and they kept on telling me ti was from when they clean the engine.

That was the first thing that happen to me and the second thing that happen was that I felt a little of shaking with my car so I call in to the Medina KIA and they told me that I could take to any KIA so that what I did I took it to alliance and the guy got in the car and drove with me on the highway of 62 then he takes it back to store and says we will take care of the problem.

I go and sit down and the guy comes back and says it was your front wheel alignment it needs to be repair so I argue with him telling that I feel I should not have to pay for this because I just got the car and it was a little bit over 30 days. So he told me that I need it done if I take it some where else it might cost me more than what they was going to charge me so I said okay first he told me that it was going to be 168.00 but it wasn't.

They took 3 hours to do my car then I got up and said what taking you guys so long with my car oh he was making an excuse about oh they just get it done so when I got ready to pay for it they jack the price up to 198.00 I ask why it was so high he said there is tax on it. Then he tell me to go to ford to see about the transmission that was driving hard so i call the guy and set up appointment for next Thursday for them to look at it.

Then the next day i take it back to where i got the car from it let them check out the problem them try to charge me an 117.00 to look at the car if the warranty didn't and if it did i would have to pay 100.00 deductible on it so I would not sign the paper So then I go in and by this time I am fire down mad about what is happening to me so the advisory comes and talks to me about what going on and i tell him I am not satisfy with this SUV that i have I told him that it was wrong for me to have to pay for these things and my car just past 30 days on it.

He said let me talk to my used car manager oh yea when I first got in their they said that the manager was not their but he was they try to play me to. So the used car manager go back and talk to these service people and then comes back to me and say that if the warranty does not cover this you will have to pay a 117.00 I ask why I had to pay he says that they fee they charge I refuse to pay that.

So I show him the paper that the other kia guy had charge me he show me that there was nothing wrong with my front wheel that the numbers was good on it and he said that those guys should have never charge you for that these guys try to make a complete fool out of me because i was a woman As a customer I am not satisfy with my car because I was mistreat as a customer. Brought the SUV KIA Bill Doratyin Medina and I took to get it checked in Alliance, Ohio.

This is I'm sure a worthless complaint, spent numerous hours at the Kia dealership in Felton, DE last Tuesday.  My van had died, and was not sure if I would be able to get any credit to get a vehicle. My salesman, Jodie, as pleasant as she was, I had told her I have a cleaning business.  She puts me in a Kia Soul.  Then hours later, she has me drive it away. I was so lost.  I have a TBI (tramatic brain injury), numerous times while there I cried.

Confused as to what was going on.  I get home, and wow.. how can I load this little vehicle with my cleaning supplies!  They knew from the beginning what my job was.  They also were trying to make a sale and knew about my TBI, and feel they took advantage of me.  My mops and dusters and vacuum are hitting my granddaughter in the head on the way to drop her off.  Again, I'm sure this complaint will do nothing but go in the trash pile.  So you know I am one very disappointed buyer.

Took my 2014 Kia Sportage in last week for an oil change. It is 11/2 years old and has 25000 kms. I told the service department that I only wanted the oil changed. I was told because my car had no mileage and I basically do highway driving, my brakes should be good. Wrong.

While the oil was being changed I went for a walk and received 2 phone calls. The front wheels were not aligned and rotor pad were wearing and if I did not get this fixed I would have problems. After about 21/2 hours of work my car was ready and my bill was $710.00. The labour was $495.00 and the parts $112.00 + tax.

I am a widow and I feel that I was taken advantage of because I did not know that maybe I should get a second opinion. My car has a ticking sound in the engine since I bought it. Nobody seems to be able to fix it. My next vehicle will definitely not be a Kia and I will not be having any more services done there unless it is covered under warranty. My story is being told to everybody by myself and by everyone that I know. Shame on Kia.

Around two weeks ago my 2014 Optima LX broke down without any warning on the side of the road with the odometer reading 27000 miles. The car was towed to Generation Kia where the following events took place. The service department requested all maintenance records which were provided and which were complete.

The Kia service department removed the valve cover  and the Service Manager stated that engine suffered  a catastrophic failure from Sludge buildup in the Engine due to poor maintenance (lack of oil changes) . Interestingly the car had just been in the shop at 25000 miles for a battery replacement (warranty failure) . On the receipt Kia stated they replaced the battery and checked all fluids as part of the standard sixteen point inspection. At this point no problem with any fluid including engine oil was indicated.

Despite the above facts the Kia Service team is refusing to stand behind its warranty and more importantly its loyal customers. Worse than that they were rude to my fiancé by not returning her calls and by accusing her of being the reason the car broke down and threatening to have her arrested if she did not return the loaner car she was entitled to.
