I have been calling since the last week of May to get a refund of $33 for an order I cancelled and no one has gotten ahold of me. I have called 4 times to no avail.

I called at 9pm and the girl asked my phone number pick up or delivery and my name then didn't say anything else just put me on hold for a long time..then I called back they didn't answer..my husband then called and he was asked if pick up or delivery also and he was immediately put on hold for a long time..they never came back on..he hung up and called back and the same guy by the name of ege answered and my husband asked if they didn't want to do deliveries or make pizzas or what ..the guy stated they were closed..my husband said why didn't u just say that when we called instead of taking our order and putting us on hold snd never coming back on..the guy said "I don't know why they did that" my husband said "well u r the one that did it..that guy said he didn't recall that! He was lying and this customer service is horrible..they lost a good customer

Bloomsburg Pizza Hut is now a disgrace.My husband and I frequent the Pizza Hut and it has gone to the bottom of the pit!! Never enough help, the workers are all miserable ,as if they hate their job. And the food is always over cooked. We don’t live in town so when we got home this Sunday I was not running back to return 4 over cooked meat lovers melts. We got for our visitors also and I WAS SO EMBARRASSED. I was telling them how amazing they were and then I GOT HARD DRIED UP MELTS. I felt aweful so we had sandwiches and potato chips. I Really DONT WANT TO WASTE MY MONEY AGAIN. THERE are many other pizza shops in our town. I’m sorry to have had been the one to complain.

I ordered 2 medium-sized pizzas and 6 piece wings from the Pizza Hut in Oxford, MS 38655. It them an hour to deliver my order. I received not fresh and hot. I am really disappointed. When I placed the order, it says I will receive it in 20 to 30 minutes, but that was not true.

So I ordered Grilled Chicken Arrabbiata pizza medium and the pizza description clearly says no mushrooms but the pizza I got had no chicken but mushrooms. I am allergic to mushrooms and I ate 2 full slies as I was not expecting mushrooms in it. Later my toung felt itchi and thats when i realized it had mushrooms. How can they make such a silly mistake while making this. This is serious issue as my health is getting impacted by it. Also when i called the lady in the store she said the pizza was made by a trainee and since he is new he tends to make such mistakes. This is totally unacceptable. She said she will send a new one but this can be a life threatning issue and I m really scared to order pizza next time from their store. This is my worst experience every and it should be quickly escalated.

The post falls pizza hut employee was rude to me over the phone while I tried to give my card information and accidentally said the wrong zip code and she treated me very poorly. She started throwing a fit and when I asked if we could just try it again and she did not act civil in any way and gave me all sorts of unnecessary attitude the entire phone call. She called me back after I hung up to tell me that my number was banned from all pizza huts and yelled at me with a lot of disrespect. The employee service at pizza hut is terrible and they have the customer service of an 8 year old.

Ordered a pizza at the pizza Hut on Hwy 67, Alvarado tx at 555 pm on May 29th. I ordered on the app and set up a pick up time of 630pm. I arrived at 630 pm When I arrived, there were several customers standing in the lobby, waiting for there orders. There was only 2 employees in the store. One was taking orders and making Pizza. The other was actually a driver who was cutting pizzas and boxing them. Looked as if there were other employees that didn't show up for work. Door dash delivery drivers came in and they made them their priority. It was 20 minutes before the employee making pizzas came to the counter. When asked, was told they were short help and would do their best. Another 30 minutes went by, with 4 or 5 Door Dash drivers picking up their pizzas. When it came to other customers,like myself, they started making those pizzas. Another 20 minutes went by. A couple of customers got their. Pizza, including 2 that ordered after. I was patient up to this point. Now it was going on going on an hour and a half. I blew up., and yelled out...WHERE IS MY PIZZA. Now, the driver that was helping left to make a delivery. The only guy working told me he had to remake my pizza. After waiting for nearly 2 hours, sitting in a little wooden chair I picked up my pizza. He did not offer a coupon or any other compensation for waiting over 2 hours for my pizza. Worst customer service I have ever received in 50 years!

Whe order a thick crust and when whe got there to get or pizza thay sold or thick crust pizza and gave me a thin crust pizza and I took it back in and the women in charge I told her that whe ordered a thick crust pizza and she raised her voice at me and said that it was a thick crust pizza and I paid 20 dollars for a pizza I didn't ordered she wouldn't do enything about it whe whe love pizza hut and there pizza but I don't know if whe will go back or not thank you

Waiter charged my card with another couple’s bill and vice versa on my card. When I brought to his attention, he stated he messed up but the manager told him there was a lot of paperwork to credit back the mistake so could the other couple just give us cash to make up the difference. That is so unprofessional. They had to write a check which thankfully I know them but if I had not. Waiter owned the mistake but they manager did not even come out and apologized.

My pizzas were cold and made wrong. I had previously ordered them online so they should’ve been ready. When I got there they were not. The people asked me to come in and wait it would only be a few more minutes during that time I heard people in the bag, yelling, you stupid idiot, and other derogatory sayings People came and got their food anywhere from 3 to 6. I kind a lost count because I was getting angry. I took my pizzas and laughed and did not notice that they were not made right now and cold when I got home the people that were working, there were totally overwhelmed to call them back would’ve just made matters worse not for just me but everybody else

I called to place an order for Pizza Melts. I ordered all 4 kinds. I talked to a woman who didn't speak good English. I"m not sure she totally understood me and I have issues understanding her. I got to the store and there was only an order for 3. I told her I'd ordered all 4 kinds, and there was only 3 and I couldn't wait for another order to process. They weren't marked which was which when I got home, so called the store and they weren't helpful in deciding which was which. The person I talked to was no help. When we started eating them they were very hard. My husband is 78 and I'm 72, we do have issues with our teeth. This order was impossible for us to eat. One of the orders was for our handicapped daughter and she couldn't eat her's. The 4th order would have been for our granddaughter and they were so hard she could only eat one. We had to to share the 3 orders we had but not one of us could eat one let alone 2 each.
Since I had already called store and wasn't help with which order was which, I feel there was no point in calling them to report all the issues we had placing this order, what order was provided, and the condition the product provided was. I was totally upset with this order.
I often purchase pizza from PIZZA HUT.
I will expect to see/hear a response from you ASAP.

I went in the other night to your pizza hut at 6463 Glenway Avenue to get a pizza for my children because they were hungry. I walked in and I heard shouting and cursing coming from the work area. I asked what the employees name was and I was told it was Sharon Eliot I believe was the name. She then waited on me and I was never treated with such disrespect. I was cursed at and called several 4 letter words beginning with f. I was just glad my children were not with me at the time that would terrify them by seeing the way a so called adult would act especially an employee at a store. I always told them that is not the way to act. I was at one time a loyal customer but now I think I will give my business to Little Caesars or Papa Johns. That is a shame because that was their favorite place now we will go elsewhere. I am sure you will lose more business if you keep people like that around. If you ask me they are toxic for the company. I will be sure to tell my family and friends. They went their to order pizzas for the games but however they will not be giving you the big orders anymore. Until you get rid of that worker I or none of my family or friends will give you our business. I wish you the best but if you keep that around you will keep losing business.

I ordered a supreme personal pan. I paid as it was coming out of the oven. The person waiting on me, Ronald, asked the only other person I could see there if he had made the pizza. He said yes, why? He said because you left half the ingredients off. Ronald started adding everything that was left off and I called back to him and told him that I didn't have time to wait for it to go back through the oven. He said well you can take it like it is and I said no I wanted what I ordered so give me a refund. I told him that I would normally wait but on that night I was on my way to a baseball game. I like light sauce on my pizza. I ordered pizza tonight and it was PERFECT! I know it sounds silly but it’s just my preference to have light sauce. Also the pizza was to order and the delivery was fast and easy! I ordered from Pizza Hut in Abilene, Tx. Ridgemont Dr I believe. I can get the exact address if needed.

I've been trying to get hired as a delivery driver in Bloomfield, IA; but the manager Alex; says that I can't work their because I'll get hurt. That is an extremely dumb reason as to why he doesn't want me to work their. And when I went and talked to him the other day; he talked to me in a rude attitude and just doesn't care about me. He needs to be fired for that reason.

We ordered a Pizza from the Deerfiled Beach FL. Branch. The pizza never arrived. The app showed it would be here by 7:05pm est. At 7:15 I called and was told it left 10 minutes ago. At 7:35 I spoke to a manager that said 6 minutes out. At 7:55 I called to cancel the order and was told the manager could not refund me because he left and to call back tomorrow. I called my bank and began the process to stop payment. At 8:05 the driver called looking for my address, I told him the order was cancelled. At 8:15 the driver showed up at my door! On the 18th of March 2023 I ordered a pizza and boneless wings for delivery from the Pizza Hut at 1875 West County Rd 419, Oviedo, Fl,. The pizza was supposed to be a large, hand tossed, with half being cheese, pepperoni, and bacon, and the other half being cheese, pepperoni, Italian sausage, and bacon. The pizza that we received was half pepperoni, and half mushroom. Not even close. It was ticket number 0091, and was ordered at 3:51 pm. You guys usually do better than this.

We ordered a medium cheese. sausage, mushrooms, green olives pizza and a six piece wings from your 2001 West Highway 52 location in Rochester, MN on 3/14/23 at 5:35 pm. This was ordered on line. My wife and I are here for a couple of days due to her appointments at Mayo Clinic. When we ordered, it said our order would arrive at our hotel within 25-30 minutes. After an hour I called the local location and they said they were running late and that the driver was on his way. After another 30 minutes we called again, asked for the manager in charge -" Elisa" said she was and we asked once again when we would receive our order. She responded again that the driver was on their way. After 1 1/2 hours of ordering, our food arrived cold and the pizza did not have the correct ingredients. We are long time customers to Pizza Hut and being in the customer service industry I'm pretty certain this is not how you expect your businesses to be run. There are many options to order good pizza and to being more honest on the timing of delivery arrival. I would appreciate a response to this email.

I ordered a pizza and wings last Wednesday on the first. My pizza was not delivered in 45 min. I called back asked where was the pizza they informed me that the order had just left. I ordered online through the app, I ordered at 6:34pm. Never received my delivery. I tried calling. Phone rang and rang. I finally reached someone to place an order online. They wouldn't let me speak to a supervisor. I was hung up on 3-4 times. After an hour and a half I came up to the store. It took the poor girl 10 min to find out what was going on with my order. Then I was told it would be another 20 min. It's been over 20 min. I still don't have my pizzas. There's employees dressed like farmers in pajamas, dirty waiting area. Nowhere for customers to sit. There's 5 employees maybe and only one working and dealing with upset customers. I'm definitely not the only person waiting on food. I've waitod on food for 2 1/2 hrs. I will definitely not be visiting or purchasing food from this place again. The young lady behind the register trying her best to get everything done needs a raise or promotion or something. Pink hair by the way, and running her fingers thru her hair and leaning up against counters and surfaces with food. I will be calling the health

We ordered online and got a email from Pizza Hut saying thanks for your order!!!! We get to the Pizza Hut location in York and they said it was not confirmed on their end. .. They did not do anything to either resolve the situation or anything and in my book that is poor customer service!!!!! And that Location has lost my business!!!!!

I ordered the Big Dinner Box special,, $23.99, with a few modifications bringing the total to $29.99. In an amazing turn of events, meaning added costs, Tax, Delivery Fee plus tip (20% of the cost before tip, NOT just the cost of the product because some genius at Pizza Hut thinks this is how reality works,, my credit card was charged $50.00.

When I asked the driver where my cold drink was he informed me they had none, so I explain cost and value. He says, "Call the store please." I say, "No! I've done this before and I'm not calling the store to be put on hold, wait 30 minutes, just to be hung up on like the last time this happened." So the driver says, "I'm just the Delivery Driver" I explain to him, he's the Agent." He brought the wrong order and however he wants to address this, I'm dissatisfied with the continued poor service (between both the store and the drivers who want no responsibilities but expect better tips. Well, he got over for the day so instead of a fair 20% tip on the overall charges, he received 25% tip on a modified order...a modification i would not have agreed to if they just informed me they couldn't fulfill the order.

I have noticed that fast food and delivery has become a continuing poor prospect with no accountability.

Apparently the Drivers don't care and the Managers don't care, so guess what, I won't care to order from them again and I ask my friends and family to do the same if they wish to be treated better. Stop paying bonuses; stop adjusting orders without consent; stop accepting the status quo; and stop gouging the consumer by guiltily them into tipping above and beyond fair service value. No team deserves a tip if THE team can't get their act together. And for the record, I was a dwlivery driver for over 10 years while servicing in the military so I know how the operation end of this business works. Some people just work enough to get by and no further. This is not the way to keep an IPO company ahead of the competition.

Pizza was burned and cold at the same time. It was very dry the wings were NOT. Garlic/parm and hardly any sauce on them. This was at pizza hut 540a in Lakeland Florida 33813. Too much money to NOT get good food. Very disappointed and I will let everyone know.

The Pizza Hut #039129 hung up the phone on us. We wanted to explain cordially about our disappointment with our order. I placed an order using your app today around 4:18 pm and scheduled it to be delivered at 5:45 pm. I called my local Cuero Pizza Hut at 6:03 pm to ask where my order was at and was told she only had one driver and that he was on it. After I got off the phone with her I received a message saying my order was finally out for delivery. I have doorbell footage that shows him here almost an hour AFTER the scheduled delivery time! I signed the receipt but now I wish I wouldn't have because we got a lukewarm pizza that was hard so hard in some spots I couldn't chew, and there wasn't any marinara sauce with the cheese sticks I ordered!

First the pizza box was half open when handed to me. I ordered pizza and mozzarella sticks and the delivery driver didn’t know what happened to the mozzarella sticks. This is the 3rd time Ive placed in order with this pizza hut only to find out over an hour later that they are not delivering. Why is it every other pizza place can turn off delivery option online when its not availabl, but this pizza hut takes your order, cooks it, then calls and tells you your food is sitting there waiting and they will cancel it if you don't come soon. When this happened today...for the 3rd time, apparently the person I was speaking with didnt like me complaining about calling me 20 minutes after I made my order to tell me I have to pick it up...as he proceeded to hang up on me after saying we already canceled your order. Ordered, waited 95 minutes till delivery- Hut was 2 miles away- they used door dash was their reason. We followed them go twice past our address.. ridiculous!! We will never order from any Hut again! This is not our first terrible encounter

I would like to have someone call me .phone number 682_970_7387 I have been a big fan of Pizza Hut all my life until now. I had a very upsetting issue with one of your employees I had one of your employees show up at my home one night saying he was delivering pizza from Pizza hut in my neighborhood and he came by to see how my pizza was the week before. I had ordered a pizza that Wednesday before. I thought I notice the man as the one that delivered my pizza. I thought that was strange so I call my local pizza hut and checked to see if that man was in my neighborhood that night delivering pizza the manage said that man worked the early shift and was not working that night that said to me that man came to my door just to see me ? I do not know this man and I am a widow 63 yrs old that was very upsetting I did call my local police and made a report of this . I want something done about this .

I ordered pizza for delivery. Asked the delivery girl if they remembered the garlic sauce because every single time ive orded it with my meal it never shows up. She said no they were out so I asked if I was going to be charged for it because I was every other time. Anyways she was very rude and sarcastic saying Oh I wouldnt want you to be charged for something you didnt get. Very hateful in fron of my 11 year old son. Plus the food was also cold. I will not order food from Neodesha pizza hut ever again. You lost a customer because of a very rude delivery driver. I hope you fix this before you lose other customers. Place my order on Friday Dec 8th2022.
At 7:05didnt receive my food until 8:15 which I checked my order it was wrong I ordered pepperoni and I received cheese .The store clerk told me it wasn’t anything she could do about it that’s the way it was ordered online and if she could make another one it’ll be 25 mins. This is the second time something like this happened the first I let it go . But not this time so I called customer service the same day to get a refund spoke with someone and said I would receive an email but nothing has came thru. Pizza Hut location on Troy Foad in Edwardsville, Illinois. I am not complaining about the service there. They were fast and friendly. I'm complaining about the two pizzas I bought there. The thick crust Supreme was the better of the two, although not nearly as good as Papa Murphy's pizza. The thin crust pepperoni, black olive, extra cheese pizza tasted like how stinky feet smell. I am half European, so I even like stinky cheese, but I threw most of that pizza away, it was so bad. Why can't we have a good Pizza Hut any more? Ah well. It waa a pointless question anyway.

I ordered pizza and my total came up to $51 and some change and that was even with a delivery fee even though I was picking it up. When I get there they say it's $76 and some change. I said I'm not paying that thats ridiculous for 3 pizzas. They didn't even try to make it right and sent me on my way.

I am on social Security and they charged me 68.00 for 2 pizzas and 4 bottles of water! They didn't tell me they dont have free water or a discount for seniors! And the pizza was terrible

I bought 250 in gift cards from Walmart in sylvan lake for pizza hut for my students when some tryed to redeem them we were treated horrible told go somewhere else we don't except when we said we bought them locally we were told we don't care and he walked away so frustrated why sell them if you're not excepting them

For some odd reason, lately my order has been very cold or not done all the way how me and my family likes it. However,im the type of female that do not make any complaints when it comes down to my food etc. But I've really had enough with pizza hut. Enough is enough. My pizza, cheese bread, and chicken alfredo was horrible. The whole works. My order was not done and the chicken alfredo was totally different and was not good at all. I be spending my last on pizza some times because i love pizza and my family loves pizza and whatever else that i order from any pizza restaurants. So sorry for my complaint. Ordered Big Box via phone 1 Pepperoni and 1 Canadian Beacon Pizza, Bread Sticks, Marinara Pasta, with Side order of Peperoncino.
Total $29.28
Per rep that took my order when I called stated that the Big Box was $22.99 thats what it also states per app. Toppings on pizza was incorrect instead of a side order of peperoncinos which i had to ask for them. The other pizza didn't have that much topping mainly cheese. The pasta was Alfredo not marinara. The bread sticks where about the only thing correct. By the time I got home it was pass 10:00pm so I didn't call the #'

I ordered an order in line at your Fairbanks Pizza Hut When I got there 1 hour later at the time they said it would be ready it was not even in the oven the help at the store was rude and said j could wait fir an hour to get it or just cancel it it was 60.00 order he said he didn’t care and cancelled the order horrible attitude

I made order through the app 11-7-22 at 6:30pm to Elkin NC Pizza Hut. 2 hours later and 2 phone calls I canceled order. Very rude spoke to a lady named Amanda and the supervisor both made lite of the pizzas not being delivered said nothing they could do . Very disappointed in customer service.

On a couple of occasions I ordered food and parts of it were under cooked making me have a minor stomach ache. If a child were to eat the under cooked food they could become severely sick from it. They need to cooked there food entirely. The pizza hut in question is in Waukee, Iowa on Hickman road.

I ordered chicken alfredo. When it was delivered there was no chicken in it and the very small tin was half full. I called the store 5 times to make them aware of the problem. Each time they said we are not taking any new orders and would hang up. This was at 5:05 p.m. On the 5th call I asked to speak to the manager and he said lady we are busy and it will take a long time. I waited 10 minutes and gave up.
You also charged me 3.99 for delivery which I was not made aware of. I also tipped the guy 5.00 because he had a hard time finding my house. I have never in my life had service like that or treated like that. I will never order or eat at a Pizza Hut again. My bill was 18.89 for an terrible dinner mind you cost 8.99 for an incorrect order. I hope you correct this poor excuse of running a restaurant.

Upon calling back to restaurant they have no order for me and it's because you have people answering the phone that don't speak English. !! Never again and please keep your bribes . Hire Americans that speak English.

The web site no longer allows me to order for a later time. It also does not allow me to leave a tip for the driver. I order from Pizza Hut at least 40 times per year, but won't again unless these things are restored.

Ordered at 8:46 they say it out for delivery then changes hand to door dash then changes drivers three times then call dispatch pizza hut then transfer me to store and she gets pissed and hangs up on at me when it’s almost 10 and it hasn’t been delivered then I call door dash driver he said she gave the order to someone else . That might have been all she needed to say other than be a complete arrogant rude person. Then try to call back and I’m sure DoorDash tries to call back and no answer . Absolutely horrible customer service . I’m sure with no repercussions that is why she feels she can treat your guests this way . She knew what she did and should have owned up to her mistake. And with the store closing time made it very convenient for her !

October 1st i ordered 4 pizzas. Two pepperoni that had little to no sauce. One bbq chicken pizza that had no bbq sauce on it a sjlreme that i requested the mushrooms be left off and they put mushrooms on the pizza. I got one of those sueveyrs that night about service and I was very honest and gave very dissatisfied and told why. The next day a guy reached out via email to say sorry for the experience and that I would be issued a refund which I never got and that was 10 days ago now.

I went to the Pizza Hut location at 500 Nathan Dean Blvd Ste 101 in Dallas GA. I placed an order around 830 for a large pizza and (2) 6 piece wings and a brownie. The Supervisor/Manager, told me to come back in 15 mins. I come back in 25 mins only to be told the wings weren’t done and they forgot abt the brownie. I was also told that it was taking so long because the supervisor/manager was outside arguing with her boyfriend and not helping with the orders. Long story short, after an hour of wasting my time, I cancelled my order and will never go back to this location. The worst experience I’ve had with horrible customer service.

I called our local Pizza Hut in Aurora Nebraska. They told me it would be a 2 hour wait. I stated if I ordered online it says it would be ready in 15 minutes. She said no - that is a ruff estimate and it would be 2 hours before we would be able to pick up our order. Very disappointed.

Order pizza and wings with the last of my money I had for my child and myself at approx 9:32 pizza hut NEVER sent my food or did they VERIFY me that there WASN'T going to be a delivery.. My wife called to order food. 2 hours later still waiting on our food. When we finally received the stuff it was Absolutely Horrible! pizza hut in 5 points west is Absolutely Horrible . I do understand that the level of customer service has fallen way down but this is ridiculous. 40 freaking dollars waisted! But you guys don't have to do anything about it because eventually if this keeps up this particular store will be a check cashing facility and or title loan place. Just Plain Pitiful.

On Friday 16th September I Waited More than 25 minutes and only after I Bagan putting pressure on the staff, did they sort me out.
On 18 September the cashier failed to advise me on the offer of R99 for 2 x large pizzas.

The staff are very unprofessional and unfriendly.
The Uber drivers are given more priority attention. This is just pathetic service.

After making multiple efforts at ordering online and not being allowed to sign in, I gave up and ordered by phone. However. I ordered by a different phone than number to which my Hut Rewards is linked.

I talked with store personnel, and they advised to contact you since it was a different number. I would appreciate your giving my Hut Rewards for Ticket #0092 on 9/9/22 @ 6:37 p.m. at W. Pipeline location in Hurst TX. The charge was $66.74.

On vacation Stopped in Opelousas Louisiana. Called the Pizza Hut off I49 at 525pm. It was a Sunday night, I was told it would be an hour- understandable.

At 7 pm, I called to check the status of my nie very late pizza order.

I was told “well- she had 4 addresses to get to so give her some more time.

Our pizza finally arrived at 730pm. I don’t have to tell you what a 2 hour old pizza looked like.
The driver was an elderly woman. I didn’t have the heart to say anything to her… not her fault.
4 deliveries of a heat sensative food item… seriously poor management.
Just tell me the truth and I’ll pick it up!
