I bought a pair of Nike zoom shoes about a year ago and the right shoe sole has a bulge that came up on the inside of the shoe. It is below the padding in the shoe, it’s like the main sole of the shoe has came apart on the top. The bulge runs completely across the shoe. Do you all replace shoes that has sole defects. I have had several pairs of Nike shoes over the years, this is the only pair that I’ve had issues with.

My first visit of Nike at the Tanger Outlet Mall in Southaven Mississippi was a bad experience for me. As I stood in the line patiently waiting I heard cashier yell out “I can take the next person in line”. As I approach and sit my items down he had started checking out another customer. I looked and said now I know you said next person in line he laughed and said “yeah I did” as he proceeded to checkout the other person who clearly did not wait in line. This was so upsetting to me until I left my items . The first thing came to my mind is it’s because I’m a black female and they both was white. I was treated unfairly from a company that has always been my number one brand from a child to adult . I’m very disappointed of how this employee represented NIKE.

Nike took out two charges of 149.80 for two pairs of shoes. I sent both back and Nike sent me another pair of the same shoe. I also retuned them. I have the tracking numbers and Nike has received all three pair back. I can only get one refund for 149.80 as your Elite. Team member who I have be dealing with says I have to deal with my bank with the other 149.80. How can this be right as I sent snap shoot of my bank charges clearing showing the two charges had been deducted and I sent pics of all three labels when returning the shoes.

I don’t understand why employees with Nike are unable to do their job and steal mo eye from people.

Nike's South African customer service centre appears to be non-existent. I have been unable to speak to anyone telephonically regarding dissatisfaction about the quality of a sneaker bought at a local store

i ordered nike barely grey barely white no tie and i got green with ties im very upset cause as big as your company is this should Not have happened!!!! this makes me second guess buying anything more form you and i had 3 more pairs lined up but there i wonder if there be wrong to!!

I have purchased a sneaker callded Nike Off White Zoom Fly but unfortunately I lost the extra white laces. I have contact Nike customer service for a replacement and got informed they don’t supply the laces only.

I don’t understand why a company such as Nike cannot supply a lace for its own shoe? If it was manufacture by some other company I would understand but that’s not the case.

I have been loyal to the brand for years since I like the running shoes but got disappointed on the only single time I needed Nike’s service. This is not the level of service I expected for such a great brand. Come one, it is only a replacement lace….

I recently got a nike hoodie when I went on vacation and didn't wear or notice anything wrong with it. when I got home after vacation I noticed that the inside seam was messed up witch put a hole in the side and it would be really noticeable if I sow it but, I spent well up in money for this hoodie that I loved. but there is not any nike store located near me with the hoodie. I went on vacation 8 hours from my hometown and I am unable to drive all the way back just to take a hoodie back that I thought was " up to standards" because I enjoy wearing anything nike. yalls clothes and shoes are always my go to. every time I find a nike store I always buy products with a nike emblem. always been 100% satisfied with the service but recently getting a brand new hoodie with this problem makes me reconcider. I wish there was a way to return and exchange my hoodie.

I bought 3 pair Nike air monarch shoes. I have had them for a few years, but I did not where the same pair everyday.i bough then 3 colors red and black. Blue and white. Green and gray. The quality was not what I thoug it should have been. The souls are all coming off ,do you have any glue so I can try to Reglue them. They also squeak bad.

Complete failure of the product on Nike force savage football cleat upc 00478911607602. I paid $170.00 for the cleats and after four games the leather upper completely separated from the hard sole and had to be taped on with athletic tape. The adhesive holding the upper to the sole failed. These shoes are in size 11 U.S. wide. White in color high top. Please replace them.

I purchased Nike Flyease in 9 1/2 and 11 because my daughter had a stroke and needed 1 of each. Received 2 size 11’s. I called and complained and they sent me 9 1/2 and 11 of wrong sneaker type. After being told 9 1/2 wasn’t available i received correct one in mail. Now I have 5 pairs and paid for 2. After all this they didn’t work anyways!! Returned ALL 5 pairs.! Have not received refund after many phone calls getting hung up on twice today. Call center must be having a party very loud couldn’t even hear supervisor. Ending call by him yelling at me that Nike reached out to me and I didn’t have tracking number. Which I’d given him for the 4 boxes I returned. I will not be purchasing Nike again!!! Would like an email reply.

Bought my 15 year old 2 pairs of Nikes online as he wears a 14 in men's the Air Hurache black pair is already coming apart at seams, very sad amount of money I paid to have this happen a month and half after school starts

The last 3 pairs of Nike's that I've bought have completely fallen apart. I only wore them as every day walking. Nothing that would make them just fall apart. What is going on with your product?? I've always wore Nike's but a pair of cheap Wal-Mart shoes have lasted longer.

Just wanted to say I'm not very happy about the new Nike campaign. All my life and my entire family have purchased Nike products. Plus I coached on the High School level for 40 yrs. Nike football uniforms for our teams. Coached track and always promoted Nike track shoes because they were the BEST SHOE for your overall health and performance. This is a SAD DAY! Why? Because from this time forward I will be NO longer will be purchasing any kind of Nike products.or any of my family members. I know I am only one person but because of my teaching and coaching of over thousands of High school students over a forty year period I am going to contact all of them because I have all their mailing addresses through our alumni office and will promote a boycott on all your products. This is just not in the US I taught students from all around the world over 30 different countries. To name a few. China, Japan, Spain, Mexico, Korea, Germany, Italy, I could go on and on. So this might have a small impact. Please take a minute to stop and think of what you are doing. Thank you for your time. MGonzales

I was just about to refresh my kit with new running shoes and sports wear for my vacation.

I still will, but it will not be with Nike products.

Now i intend to throw out all my Nike gear and replace it all with Saucony, Reebok and Adidas. Many of my friends mentioned they would do likewise.

Colin was benched because he is a third rate QB. He was not picked up because he is not talented enough to overcome his decision to insult +150 million fans and potential customers for the action of but a few.

You have sided with him. And in doing so you have labeled being benched for poor performance as a sacrifice on par with soldiers dying for your country.

You must have very compelling market research to take such a stupid and insulting position.

I hope you enjoy your sacrifice.

Branding is important and your decision to run ads campaign with Colin Kaepernick has ruined your brand. I will no longer support NIKE products.

I have heard your targeting the younger generation by signing with kaepernick, but what about us lifers who have been buying Nikes our whole life. My son faught in Iraq and it's a stab in our backs to not stand for the allegiance of our flag. Shame on you. It's obvious this is about money. How much do you need to sale your company's soul. I bought a pair of shoes from Meijer in Brighton Michigan about a month ago and at first they seemed ok but after wearing them for a couple days the right side was just killing my foot, So I thought maybe they just needed to get broke in but they are still hurting me, The right shoe also has a crunching noise like there is something wrong with the sole. I have never had shoes hurt like these. I would like to send these to Nike so they could analyze the shoe to see if there is something wrong with the material. I am not looking to get something from this I just am very disappointed with these shoes. I have a pair of the Nike Air that I bought over a year ago and they were fine. Please get back to me with an address so I can mail these to you, I will pay the shipping because I just want someone to look at them. Thanks so much, David.

I am not sure if this a complaint or a warning about your product, Air Monarch. I purchased my 1st pair of Nike Brand sneakers recently at an outlet store in New Hampshire. My issue occurred while on vacation shortly after purchasing. I slipped and fell on a tile floor that was wet. I know watch out for wet floors. I was not injured but I am 70 years old and lucky, I guess. This note is the result of a slip in a casino men's room floor near the sink area. It is impossible to wear these sneakers any time that a floor has / might have the slightest bit moisture. They are very dangerous and unlike any brand of sneaker that I have ever owned. I placed them in the trash today and will wear my old and non-slippery sneakers.

Order Number C00025999798 Placed on Tuesday April 17th. On April 18th, I received a confirmed notification. Now on Thursday April 19th, I received a notification that my order has been cancelled due to the product being out of stock. I am bringing rise to this issue because this has happened now on numerous occasions and has caused an unnecessary and undue issues for me. If an item is out of stock, the consumer should not be led to believe the product is available. It is misleading and unfair to the consumer. As a longstanding consumer of Nike, this should not happen.

I have a defective Nike shoe. I contacted the corporate customer service 1-800-344-6453. They told me to go to the store where I purchased the shoes. I went to the store and the General Manager said the best she could do was offer me $29.99 credit. I phoned the corporate customer service AGAIN and was told that my concern would be escalated. After OVER 2 weeks, I was advised today 1) the corporate office does not really support the outlet stores and to go back to the store AGAIN with my concern and 2) that my complaint was just escalated on yesterday. POOR SERVICE at the highest!

I drove 3 1/2 hours to come to the Nike outlet store located in the suburbs of Omaha. On arrival store was not open employee said it would be open soon only to have them come out 2 hours later and say they would open in 2 hours. I drove specifically for this store leaving without stepping foot in. Very disappointed about being lied to upon first contact at 10am when the store was to open. No notice posted on door or anywhere stating this. Will never go to this location again.

I purchased my son a pair of Nike tennis shoes for this school year, he has worn them for 3 months and the sole is already detaching from the top part of the shoe in the front on both shoes. I believe they are called "basketball shoes" they are blue and black with the Nike swish on the back side and say Nike across the other side. Very disappointed! For the price I paid for them they should have lasted longer than 3 months. Will be thinking twice before purchasing this brand again.

I purchased a pairs of Nike football boots for my son in a size 6.5 from the Nike outlet store in Gun Wharf quays last week for his birthday for £95. While he was putting them on last night the one of the lace eyes split. I don't expect this from a well known manufacture but understand it happens from time to time. Please would you be kind enough to advise me of the next steps to rectify this issue. Please see picture attached.

My basketball shoe came apart in the middle of a game. They are more than two years old, but as one can see only worn a couple of times. I was told my only recourse was to take them back to the original store. I honestly cannot remember which store that was. It also appears that Nike has no address or phone number where issues can be escalated. The customer service rep is the end of the line.

I purchased a pair of nike air monarch sneaker. Very poor quality. White tops pealing, side coming unglued. 2nd time this happened to me with nikes. I expected better from nike and they just lost my business. I have read similar complaints with this sneaker too. What is the phone number for Nike head offices? I would like to file a formal request to get my money back and move on for good.

Bottom of golf shoes pealed off both shoes after a minimum amount of use. These shoes cost over $100 and had only been worn about 8 or 9 times over recent years. The fact that the bottoms came off both of the Nike shoes indicates to me a serious design failure in the shoes. They looked so pretty new but now they are terrible. Will try to send a picture later.

I have bought two pairs of Air Monarch IV from Kohls, The first pair didn't last 6 months because the rubber tip on the front of the shoes let go and the whole sole in the front of the shoe was coming off. I tried glueing them but that was no help. Reluctant I bought another pair, this time saving my receipt. I purchased them on 12/09/2015. and the left shoe has already let loose some time ago and now is completely let go. I am a 100% disabled person, the most I really do is walk my dogs in our neighborhood. I would expect a shoe to last longer than 6 months. Just poor workmanship in my opinion.

We purchased football cleats from Dicks sporting goods and they have not held up. He played in his second game last night and the cleats ripped. These are expensive and I would have thought they would last at least the whole season. They are supposed to be designed for football and should later more than 1 and a half games. We are loyal customers and would hope they stand behind there products.

My son is 8 years old and he went camping for 2 nights and 3 days up north. When he came home his left foot had a rub burn from the nike strap that goes overtop of the slip on sandals and all across his toes and open blisters across the top of his foot. The swelling so bad that he couldn't walk on his feet normal for 4 days, he was walking on his heels. His right foot had the same irritation and swelling but no open blisters on that one but still could not walk on his feet only on his heels.

I did take him to his Pediatrician first thing on August 4th and they put him on antibiotics and an antibiotic cream because they were concerned about a staff infection because of the open blisters that were draining. I have attached a picture of his left foot because that is the only one I took, as I said his right one was swelled and had the red burn on it but not with the blisters. I wanted other parents to know about these Nike shoes. Maybe I should report this to Nike headquarters and tell the CEO what happens to children wearing Nike?

My order #100000010 from April 28 2016, $84,99 Nike Nike Air Zoom Pegasus 32 shoes, request shipping to Portugal never arrived neither I got any feedback following payment. Site never responded to the contact form or product review on subsequent attempts of contact. The website seems dead but will accept your payments and I lost my money,. I wish I could get reinbursed on my credit card.

I got a pair of Nike sneakers for a gift and the back of both sneakers has broken down and tearing. I have only used them occasionally for a few months. I would like to have them replaced, size 7, any color. I am very dissapointed as I know they were expensive.

I purchased Nike KIDS Fusion X 2 (PS) sneakers for my son at Khols. They were comfortable and looked great! However, within a very week we were back at the store to return the sneakers because the front of the toes on not only one, but both of the shoes were ripping at the seams. I was very disappointed especially after paying $50 for a five year olds sneakers. After returning the sneakers and having to select another color because they did not have the same exact color in his size. (Now he was disappointed!) My son wore the sneakers to school a few times and the same thing happened a second time! I am very discouraged with this product! My family and I stand by Nike sneakers, however after this happening twice it was a total inconvenience and frustrating at the same time. I went to the store happy to get a new pair of shoes and I got a pair of black leather girl shoes for skateboarding. I went to go for a ride on my bike and I've only had them for about a week. I got home and realized that the bottom was already ripped off! Has anyone else successfully contacted Nike corporate and complained to get a refund?

I was so angry about it because I've only had them for a week. I made the switch from Vans to Nike and that was a huge mistake because my Vans have lasted already 3 months and they are still in better shape than my new Nike shoes. I wouldn't recommend Nike shoes or products to anybody. They are trashy and cheap products that wont last and the company just wants your money.

Oh Nike. You have NEVER failed me, until now. I always insist on purchasing Nike Athletic shoes for myself and my children. They usually fit like they are made for our feet, and they are incredibly durable. I have been purchasing/wearing Nike exclusively since the 1980's. In January I purchased a pair of Women's Dual Fusion X shoes for myself. They felt wonderful. I loved them so much that I purchased another pair for my daughter.

Within 5 weeks, the mesh has separated from the other outer fabric on near where my foot bends! If these were shoes I wore daily, or if I were on my feet all day, then I MIGHT find this understandable. But they were only worn about 7 or 8 times before this happened! The only reason I can justify buying $70 shoes is because I assumed they would last for at least a few months. I am also incredibly worried about how these shoes are going to survive being used in gym class by my child, when they didn't even hold up for an adult who is not hard on shoes.

I originally thought that maybe I had just gotten a faulty pair, but as I have looked at other online reviews of this product...I see that I am not the only customer who has experienced this problem. What a shame, I am terribly disappointed! I hope that future versions of this shoe will have improved construction, and that this is not a sign of failing levels of company quality. No other athletic shoes offer the support for me, and it breaks my heart to think that I will have to buy something that doesn't fit as well, just to have the durability to survive light wear.

Next time I am putting in a call to the Nike customer service number so they can correct this problem.

I am disappointed in Nike, I first bought my sneakers in New Zealand 4 years back. These shoes never lasted long and the sole started coming off (they were not cheap) I then contacted Nike and they replaced them. I was sent another pair of sneakers, I have had these shoes for possibly (just over 2 years) and now these soles are starting to pull away from the shoe. For the price of Nike I do not expect to replace my shoes every 2 years and I don’t wear them on a regular basis. I know of people who have Nikes for years but these shoes are not worth the money. I would appreciate a customer service phone call or email from Nike please regarding this and would like my shoes replaced as I am unhappy with Nike, these shoes are supposed to be the best out there for the price but lately that is not the case.

I wanted to file a complaint against the Nike Company. I, Brian Cruz residing at 31 Leonard Street, Brooklyn, New York 11206 bought a pair of Nike Sneakers at Footlocker Action Store in Long Island. I was in need of sneakers to run in the 26 mile Marathon 2015. I bought a pair of Nike sneakers (Nike Lunarestoa 2 KJCRD QS size 8.5 Number 777503 001) in the amount of $100.00 which were suppose to be running sneakers. However, the product was not suitable for running the 26 miles in the Marathon. The sneakers were my size but the product were not wide enough to be able to run. I have always brought Nike sneakers because I am a runner with an agenda. I am writing to notify you that I am not satisfied with the above sneakers which I would like to be compensated. I was running for a fundraiser - Team for Kids. I was responsible to make my destination which was very important for me. I would like to know what you are able to do to assist me with these sneakers.

I have a complaint about 4 pairs of Nike shoes, having one right now, soles are falling off--Why---wrong glue maybe? It seems when they get wet they weaken then fall off 1 at a time. has this problem been fixed? I would like to continue wearing this brand of shoe but not if it continues to happen. This is the second complaint email I've sent to Nike and I am hoping the corporate office will reply by email or letter to my complaint, look forward to your reply.

Ok, first let me start by saying I love NIKE, loyal customer and will cont. but the last two pairs I brought they didn't last very long. 4 to 5 months and that's just the gym and around house. I thought maybe I was to hard on the shoe, but the second I don't regard buying the shoe's honestly I prefer Nike overall. I just was not pleased with the second pair. It's crazy my wife won't let me wear them out in public had them 3 months, she swears I had them years but I refuse to throwing them she say maybe it time. to try another shoe which I don't see myself with another shoe so I will be shopping for another pair pretty soon I hope these are better but as I explained I'm fan to the end so regardless I'm love them.

I'm frustrated. My 13 year old son plays on a nationally ranked premiere soccer team. He so badly wanted nike's Magista soccer cleats. Because they are about $300.00, we told him he would have to earn the money himself to pay for them. He saved up his money and gave up his birthday party, with all his friends, so he could take the money and put it toward his cleats. He was so excited to buy them. In his first game, a week after he purchased them, a stud broke off and he couldn't wear them anymore. He was devastated! The store wouldn't take them back because they said it was a Nike defect, and we would have to contact Nike directly. So here we are. Thanks Nike! You just broke my kid's heart!!!!!

I was looking out for Fly knit Lunar3 Blue Running Shoes and found them at Nike. Like the brand name itself suggests, the quality is just awesome. I really love what Nike has to provide in terms of their products. One can be rest assured that they provide the best in class quality products. I suggest Nike as a brand to everyone who is looking for sports and good quality then Nike is the brand to choose.

I purchased a pair of shoes on a Thursday night and paid for "next day" air shipping. $25, I knew the purchase wouldnt be processed until Friday so logically next day is Saturday. I initiated a web chat with customer service they told me first that "FedEx doesn't deliver on Saturday" which is a lie. The customer service agent then blamed a "major storm" in Memphis... 2" of snow lol. He then showed me their terms and conditions where "next day" is 1-2 business days. That is purposefully misleading, it's an absolute joke that they charge extra for 1-2 business day shipping when that is what ground shipping basically provides. It's misleading and shady to say the least. Nike's greed has driven this loyal customer to the competition, all over $25 that they wouldn't refund.

Have been faithful to Nike, buying my son, myself, and even my 3 year old Nike shoes. My son's baseball team only wears Nike. So disappointed when two pair of my son's shoes didn't last him more that 4 months. I expected the durability out of these shoes that we had gotten from others we have purchased. Well that wasn't the case and now needing to buy new shoes and feel like I have lost the 200.00+ I have spent on shoes. Thought Nike would stand behind their products and the durability of sneakers that cost 200.00+ dollars.

I feel so disappointed to be writing this, as I have always worn Nike trainers especially the 'Classics'!! Having ordered the black easy tone's through Amazon @ £29.99 I couldn't wait for them to arrive!! Then after an hour of wearing the pain in my feet became unbearable, so had 2 drive home bare foot!! I've tried 3 more times to see if needing to be broken in but they are so uncomfortable & painful underneath my feet, that the thought of wearing them again is frightening! I am so disappointed & have no trainers for work now till I can get some cash together & sadly may have to be other shoes now other than Nike! Thank you for your time.

I purchased a pack of 6 Nike socks, 3 to 4 days after I had purchased the socks I opened the pack and realized they were not the socks I wanted . They had the arch support, which I do not like. So Saturday morning I go back and get to customer service and realize the receipt is not in the bag. The Lady tells me no problem just go get the socks I want and they will exchange with me. I go look and see that they? If so I'm done already, I will never step in their stores, I doubt it is. 2nd, they should properly train their employees. I'm in the retail business as well - Customer Service, I would have fired the lady myself if She worked in my store. So what say you Kohl's ? No reply never a customer again, I will donate the socks to the homeless.

Last year I purchased a pair of Nike sandles which I really liked. After I wore them for a few days the piece that connects the sandle to the sole of the shoe tore right out. I still had the box but I had thrown out the receipt not thinking I would ever need it. I took them back to the store where I purchased them and Nike customer service told me that they were already clearing the shelves of summer items and unfortunately this model won't be back in stock until next summer. The best thing to do is to get another style and just don't wear them until next spring when the other model would be back on the shelves and trade them in at that time.

I picked the only style I could find for exactly $55 and I took them home. Not anything I would wear but fine holding off till spring. I go in to exchange them and I find that the price of the pair I had last year had gone up from $55 to $60. I took them to the counter and was told oh no that won't work even if I pay the difference. They have to be exactly $55. There is not one pair of sandles or any other style of shoe in my size that is exactly $55 so I left. I returned today hoping there could be some way to resolve this. I explained the whole story to customer service and she said that is why people should be careful how they explain our exchange policy works. It has to be the exact same price.

She looked up the sandles I now own and said unfortunately they sold for just $3 last year on close out so the best she could do is give me $3. She then had the senior support rep come over and explained the situation. She looked them up and said the best she could do is give me $22 toward the pair I wanted. I said that will work I will pay the difference. As I went to walk away she said oh wait a minute these were on close out the best I can give you is only $5! I am sorry but is Nike in the habit of changing their minds after making a commitment to their customers? Not only have I been jerked around on the whole trade them in next spring deal but now this. I finally got disgusted and said you know what just keep them and I walked away.

They yelled sir, our POLICY DOES NOT ALLOW YOU TO LEAVE THEM HERE, IF YOU DON"T WANT THEM BRING THEM TO GOOD WILL! This was told to me right in front of a line of customers which was quite emberasing. I am absolutely sure you have video of this and I encourage you to play it back if you don't believe me. It was at 1PM February 23, 2013 at the Cumming Georgia location. In the past week I purchased a brand new pair of Nike running shoes and a new paid of shoes for my son but I can assure you if nothing is done about this incident I will never set foot back in this store nor will any member of my family. When I was in the store I had over $1900 cash in my pocket and I can assure you this isn't about the money, in fact I could care less about the money. It is the principle.

I refuse to be treated like this in any company I do business with. People like this are costing your company business and I feel compelled to let you know about it.
