My complaint is about one of your suppliers called Lawn Master who uses Lawn-Boy equipment; I called them for a quote on the Monday the 06-27-2016 and up to date have not received a quote from them. When I phone, they informed me that one of their staff will contact me with in three day. I called on the third day and was once again informed the person will call me. Friday I call at 8:00am and was once again informed the person will call me. The person commend was as follow do you still want us to do it. My answer yes pleas and was once again informed the person will call. This is not the way to do business.

I bought a Lawn Boy lawn mower on Nov.15, 2015. It was on a fall sale. I stored it until February when I started to use it. It had a mulch or bag option. Neither would work. It would choke down within a few feet. The only way I could use it was to tie up the flap with a rope so the grass could come out. It was still not satisfactory. I sent a complaint last week to Lawn Boy customer support and heard nothing. The rear exit for the grass is a mistake. The dual blade was a mistake. It had electric start and was self propelled. It started and ran great it just wouldn't mow. I put a sign on it and put it in front of my home for sale. I took a loss but I am happy to be rid of it. I bought a cheap Murray for under $200 and it works perfectly. I now see that I should have checked the consumer rating before I bought it. I don't expect a reply to this email either. I learned the hard way.

I brought a Lawn Boy lawn tractor from Sears company several months ago. After one month, I could not get the PTO to engage the cutting blades and called in. I spoke with a rep who refused to sent out a repair man and would sent out a replacement part. The part arrived but would not work on my machine. I was lucky and corrected the error. Yesterday, the machine simply stopped moving, I called Sears head offices and now I have to wait two weeks before a repair person comes out. I cannot believe that I am having issues from a new machine. My neighbors all tell me, get a john deere instead.
