I have been a Lane Bryant customer for over 2 years. I have purchased over $2000.00 worth of merchandise (look at my LB CC history). I like to say that the Cacique bras I purchase are not cheap ($ wise) by any means. For what ever reason the underwire in these bras have broke, snapped and are un-repairable. I have had this happen more times than not. This is the only store that I can find my size 42G. I have brought this to the attention of the store managers and returns can only be done within 60 days. When I buy the bras I buy at least 2. I have about 10 total and at $50 to $60 each it can be quite expensive. I'm unable to return because I'm outside the return timeframe. I don't wear the bras everyday so there are times were I will buy one and not wear it for 3-4months. Please let me know what we can do to try and save a loyal Lane Bryant customer. I can't continue to spend my money on products that keep breaking.

Never in my life have I been treated so poorly. I go into the Lane Bryant store today in Bellis Fair mall because I needed a few things. I was in the store for about 10 maybe 15 minutes. I was not greeted until about 10 minutes in. I like to browse the store to see if there’s anything I might like besides the things I need (That is what SHOPPING is RIGHT?) so after I start picking up the few things I need I was asked if I wanted a fitting room (Which is normal) I declined as I was only buying bras and knew my size well since I shop here OFTEN. After declining a dressing room I was watched like a hawk for some reason? There were a few people in line when I got in line so I was looking at the clothes on the display in front of the desk and picked up a top that I liked, to buy. After this the last which I assume is the manager asked one of the other girls “what does she want? Does she need a dressing room or what is going on over here?” The other employee then cane to me and said “If you’re sure you want those items I’ll go ahead and hold them at the desk for you” EXCUSE YOU?! I replied that I was simply waiting in line for my turn. So she went behind the desk and I checked out my few items which were well over $200 worth that I spent in that store. I considered just setting my things down and leaving after being treated so disrespectfully, but since they were things I needed I ended up buying. I used to work retail so I understand there’s steps you have to take to prevent theft but I also know what those steps were. The ONLY thing that could have possibly made them assume I was going to steal anything was that the clothes they sell wouldn’t usually fit me (I’m on the smaller end of plus size) BUT THATS IT! There was NO reason whatsoever to be treated like a criminal. I wont spend my money here anymore. It’s unfortunate because I do shop here a lot and even have a store credit card. I’ll be driving down to Burlington from now on, where I’m treated like customer.

Bought a bra online it did not fit so I took it back to Tangor outlet mall in it in Georgia they ordered me a larger size it did not fit so I took it back to the Lane Bryant in Mcdonagh Georgia and was told that they had to put it on a in-store credit because the lady that rang it up in Locust Grove rang it up wrong I paid by my credit card they would not refund my credit card and gave it to me in store credit I will never shop at Lane Bryant again never I’m done with y’all

Yes hi I have been dealing with billing issues for a long time I was told that my due date could change for 28th of each month . The 5th is very hard for me to make it on time you can see when I pay bill etc . It's very upsetting and I'm been hit with fees for being late etc going through a rough time and I'm trying to work with you guys . I have never ever felt with a company that can't change a due date after being told it would be change after I made my 45 dollar payment . I'm very upset customer and I want the this to get to higher up person please .

I have a complaint for lane Bryant freehold nj trotters way I feel like I'm in high school this store bullied and harrased me one African American lady should get fired she yelled at me for touching underwear I was trying to get online order and they were so mean to me they laughed at me also please fire She does deserve to work there thank u

I am complaining about these undergarments I purchased a few days ago, I specifically asked the 2 employees what they thought about these new high rise briefs they were selling I asked if they roll down because they were so high up I wasn't able to try them on store policy so when I got home I took the tags off them and I washed them with my clothes because I always wash underwear before I wear them well they are awful they keep rolling down I had a discussion when the employees about size also they concurred both of them that they are made true to size so now I spent alot of money each on these underwear I feel like crying because it takes alot to find underwear that I like and I spent way too much on these. I won't try to return them because I feel I wore one of them and its just not right to bring them back that gross. Please help me maybe you can compensate me in some way so I don't feel so terrible about spending so much on them.

This past July 4th, I went to Lane Bryant store Winter Garden Village, Fl. I was celebrating my birthday (58), in the company of my daughter (30) and granddaughter (3). We were buying some nice blouses and lingeries. Like always, we were helped by two sweet and excellent sales representative on that day. On the way to pay, I saw this father with two kids coming out from a door area. I asked them if the came from the restroom and they said yes. Then, my daughter asked the cashier if I can use the restroom. She was so kind and asked another coworker to show me were it was. On the way to the restroom, another employee named Gene or Jen who was hanging some clothes, in the rudest and unprofessional way that you are not expecting, turn around snd shoutted “we do not have Public Restroom ”. I never heard her saying the same comments to the father that ask to use the restroom, too. Not only that, she gave me this unprofessional look and body language that I could understand. No customer shoud felt the way I did. Situations, like this should not be experienced by no customer in your stores. The store was practically, empty because it was raining a lot. Therefore, I will like to believe that this employee of yours was not “racially profiling me and my daughter, because we were speaking with our granddaughter English and Spanish. My personal experience Lane Bryant doesn’t care about their customers who keep them in business especially if you are a customer and used their credit card. When you do use it they want to charge you $27 for late fees when realistically your not late paying. It’s ridiculous. It’s a scam just to get more money out of their customers. Because of some BS time zone. That right there needs to change immediately, it shouldn’t matter what time zone you’re in if you paid your bill on the day it’s due it shouldn’t matter about the time zone. See another scam just to get more money out of people. This happened to me more than one and yet the customer service you call the customer service, don’t care at all. Because of this it happening to me more than once I am canceling my card. ASAP. Guarantee you like lost many new customers because of terrible service I’ve dealt with. I won’t referral absolutely no one to this company. HORRIBLE company!!!!!

I visited the Lane Bryant store in Levittown, NY on Sunday evening on 12/18/16. I was sent a $15.00 in the mail which expired on 12/18. After standing on line for about 20 minutes the girl at the register told me she couldn't honor the coupon because everything in the store was on sale. Nowhere on the coupon does it say that this coupon couldn't be used on sale items. Since the coupon expired on 12/18 I told the women this upset me and she said there was nothing she could do. This is totally unfair.

I'm a frustrated Lane Bryant charge customer. This policy is totally unfair and should be changed. If possible, I would like to receive another coupon to replace the one I wasn't able to use.

I placed an order on 5 Jul 2016 at Lane Bryant. I haven't received the item to date. First I never received notice that it was ready for pickup so I visited the store and was told that it wasn't available. I've since visited the store on four more occasions. This past week I called Lane Bryant customer service and they called the store and was told that the item was there for pickup. I went to the store with the order print out. I was made to wait over an hour and still did not receive my order. As far as I could tell, there were no phone calls made to locate the item, have it re-shipped or anything. I need to have this resolved; please advise.

The associate's are great but corporate is trying to fire someone that didn't do anything. The customer called corporate and told that the associate rolled her eyes and didn't do that. Lane Bryant corporate threatened her job. You know i will never ever be a customer of that store matter of fact not one of there other stores. Now someone doesn't have a job. Just to say the manger blamed her and but she knows that they were wrong.

If you are Plus Size and feel that fashion is not for you, then you are absolutely wrong. Get fashionable right away at Lane Bryant. Awesome clothing that gives a rich, classy and fashionable look for those who are plus size as well. They take care of comfort and keep in mind the body type while designing the clothes. After having 3 kids, I didn't have time to work out and get that perfect figure back. But wanted a makeover. I shopped at Lane Bryant and found exactly clothes that fit me well, yet giving a good look.

From tops, tees, capris, sweaters and many more Lane bryant has many sections which gives a customer like me a sense of confidence when it comes to clothing. Thanks LB for the awesome collection you have and I would definitely shop here in future.
