I stopped yesterday and asked for $10 gas at this Chevron station on 82nd Avenue and Burnside Avenue.

I have stopped previously there for gasoline for my car and service was always okay.

Yesterday this young black guy was standing by the pump when I pulled up and he took a long look at me and finally came over to my window.

I gave him a $20 and asked for $10 Plus.

He took my money and went inside the store there, came back with my change and I do not believe he ever pumped gas into my car.

The needle did not appear to move on the gas gauge at all.

I do believe they are ripping people off at this station and I will never stop there for gasoline again.

You really should check into this.

I am sure they will have a million excuses for this incident, but I am sure they are…

I travel a lot between CA and NV back an forth and my means of getting fuel is through chevron using my chevron card.

Every month I pay my bill on time and I always triple my payments.

I recently paid off my card.

Tonight, I was at the gas station getting gas and my card has no credit available.

I called customer service and I explained to him that paid off my card and I should have credit available.

His explanation wss my payments was so large and they pending the payments and will not be post til next week.i explained to him that I'm traveling and I'm stuck outside state away from home and I can't get any gas..this is outrageous !!

I PAY MY BILL ON TIME., NEVER LATE.

I just have to closed my account..

You all made a big mistake signing an agreement wit the station at 830 Leong Dr Mountain View , CA.

The operator there is known on the H2 sites as the "Jackass of Mountain View.".

He comes out and screams at you when you pull up behind the person fueling (H2) and tells you to move your vehicle (to a handicap spot) to wait.

This is even though there are 10 other gasoline pumps, all empty.

None of this is an issue except when the son of the operator comes over and swears at you and threatens to : Fuck you up next time I see you".

They sale lottery tickets but, refused to pay.

Instead they told me to collect on the winning ticket at SaveMart grocery store.

Manager at SaveMart told me they always send ticket winner to their store.

If you sale lottery tickets then you should pay them.

It makes no since to sale lottery tickets then not pay them when each business sale tickets.

They employees and Owner of Chevron business on Schulte and Tracy Blvd. are not honoring what is expected according to the rules of Lottery requirements.

Chevron on Los Posas Rd., Camarillo; I had my oil drained there and they over filled my Honda with oil.

I told them my manufacturer said that would cause problems and they didn't care and now I have problems.

I don't put on many miles do it took longer to happen and because it takes longer they think they are home free but it stinks.

I also have a Buick and it calls for a long filter.

Again they denied it and do I said to put in less oil and they would not and using the really small oil filter, they put in the manufacturers amount of oil.

It is rotten.

The mechanics ruin cars for the mechanics income.

Would be nice if you hired American's.

The attitude of the worker very bad to customer

I have been when Chevron for over 20 years and cancelled my card and my travel club card over a $27.

00 late charge.

My bank shows payment being delivered on due date and Chevron shows receiving a day late.

When I called about the charge there was nothing that could be done and no concern about my request to cancel card.

My feeling is Chevron does not value a loyal customer

Always have horrible service at my local station and th guy also sometimes refuses to take my money because It is in change.

First I was told they dont handle lotto transactions that I would have to use the machine.

So, I went to the machine and had a printer problem.

I thought this was odd that they have the key and operate the machine but they dont do walk up ,pay at the counter transaction.

So, I only wanted to play ten dollers worth and needed change.

Hi I am a regular customer at 41 ave and main st in Vancouver , Bc And today I was at pump 8 and mistakenly paid for pump 7 ( where somebody was already pumping gas) and at the cashier was a girl named PARUL which I often see her behaviours are pretty rude to customers and she started yelling at me and she even asked me not to come to that gas station anymore.

My family made a restroom stop at Chevron at 3250 Main Street.

Millbrook, AL 36054.

My husband used the restroom and there was no toilet paper, I requested some tissue from the clerk and was told "its not a public restroom and she would not give out tissue for the restroom".

I processed to get a 4-pack off tissue to purchase, I took the tissue to my husband so that he could leave the restroom and pay the clerk.

She proceeded to lock all the doors with other customers inside, refused to take payment for the tissue and harassed my family for 15-20 minutes.

I went back to pump nothing happened, again went back to clerk who was talking to a woman, she again asked what did you give me I replied $40 on #2, she replied you gave me wrong pump number, that I gave her number #7.

I was no where near #7..

Again went out still no gas, so I returned to clerk asked for money back , where she still talking to same wiman.

She gave attitude when returning the money, so I asked her name, she replied Marta..

Chevron on Warm springs and Eastern ave in Henderson Nevada.

I was just there after dropping my husband at the airport.

I wanted a Red Bull, the woman inside was extremely rude, told me that they close everyday at 6am for something.

I asked if I could leave the money for my drink and she said “ We are closed” “ I just told you that” with a really nasty tone.

I then told her maybe they needed a sign on the door and she yelled over me “GOODBYE”!!!

Never again will I go there.

there has been two tires on the property of the Chevron @ Jones & Grant Rd. for months, (at least 9-10). the tire are in the grassy median that separate the parking lots from the strip center adjacent to the Chevron. this is a eyesore and not sure why the property manager has not removed the debris.

I would like to think that the Chevron Corp would hold the utmost pride in the appearance of the property

Stopped at my local chevron I was in desperate need of air for my tires.

The worker by the name of leticia was gossiping when I Asked for the air to be turned on she rudely refused said I had to pay 75 cents .

Never knew there was a policy refusing air for customers.

No problem.

Came back payed and asked if the air shut off would it be turned on once more .

Said yes.

As predicted it shut off.

I went back in and asked for it to be turned on once more said ok .she did not turn it on because a man was standing beside me .

I went back to have it turned on refused said she had already turned it on twice.

Poor customer service .

If the customer pays why are they refused service when it's paid for.

In 2016 in Pleasant Hill California Chevron located downtown Pleasant Hill California I was drugged by a man a clerk that was working at the gas station as a cashier.

He punched me in my right side of my head and the temple and I blocked out and so much.

I was afraid for my life I was diagnosed as on the emergency room with a concussion and multiple a history of multiple contusions.

My life has not been the same over the years it has been very stressful and difficult caring for my daughter I have a two-year-old daughter while also facing the challenges of everyday struggles because of the trauma injuries that are worker caused me.

The cashier at Chevron Gas Station located at Main and 41st Avenue Vancouver BC Canada was so rude and arrogant.

I went to this gas station at 9:38 PM tonight on Dec 3rd 2018 to buy gas.

I gave my mastercard to the cashier who was indian looking with a bad accent and asked me rudely "what do you want?" I said I am buying gas but he didn't take the card and instead let his co worker process my card for payment.

We began to argue because I was upset and told him that he was so rude and customer should not be treated like that.

He doesnt know what customer service is and should not be working in the gas station.

Regarding Chevron Gas Station on the corner of 43rd street and Lang Road, Houston, TX, 77092.

I have used same station location, through several owners/companies, for approximately 30 years.

My visits have gotten less and less, since it has become a Chevron, to the point I will not use this station any more.

There is a huge school bus painted up like a chicken by the drive entrance.

Many times the driveway is blocked by cars waiting in line.

The truck backs up to a bayou/ditch.

Many men hang out in this area drinking, smoking pot, and urinating behind the building.

My daughters have been approached several times by drunken, obnoxious men who are VERY inappropriate and pushy.

The complaint is she gave me a 5 dollars in one dollar coins.

I visited cheveron in walnut on sept 1st 2018 and anna said i wasnt able to purchase a monthly car wash cuz they ran out.

So i went next day sept 2nd 2018 and i told the cashier and management what happened they said she was new and that wasnt true.
